I personally usually make scrambled eggs and bacon.
- Chop up 2 rashers of bacon cook on high in microwave for say 1-2 minutes drain fat
- whisk two eggs with a bit of milk not to much then add salt and pepper and pour onto the bacon you cooked
- cook in microwave for another 1-2 minutes then fold onto itself and cook for another minute
- sprinkle choped parsley if you have it then eat.
